Cassia Tora

Cassia Tora contains anthrax-glucoside, which is used to induce bowel movements. In the dyeing process, it is used as a mordant. When roasted and ground, it can be used as a substitute for coffee seeds. It is also used as livestock feed and a carp component. Apart from these, Cassia tora is a natural insecticide used in organic agriculture in India. The most common application for this powder is in the pet food sector. For usage in mining and other industrial applications, it is combined with guar gum.
